Smooth green tea enlivened with fresh Malabar spices, with a peppery and saucy finish.

HOW TO PREPARE MATCHA
Make paste with 1g of matcha (½ teaspoon) + 50ml hot water (80°C) and whisk until smooth.

MATCHA TEA
Add 150ml hot water to Matcha paste and whisk until frothy.

MATCHA LATTE
Add 150ml frothy steamed milk and sweetener to Matcha Paste

ICED MATCHA
Pour Matcha Paste over ice and top up with cold milk
